For Everyone Asking About Book Three

Two weeks ago, I uploaded the final chapter of Book Two: Eva Wilde Vs The Open Road to Wattpad, and added an extra update about the third book.

The next day, I flew off on a family holiday – two weeks cruising around New Caledonia. It was beautiful and so much fun! Being out in the middle of the ocean, I stayed offline and was completely cut off from the outside world. Today, I’m home and overwhelmed with messages from readers asking when the next Eva Wilde book will be published.

I haven’t even started writing it yet, haha! So for everyone who has been asking {and obviously missed this update about it at the end of Book Two}, here’s all the info on Book Three:

Eva Wilde and the Race to Freedom will be about Eva and the gang driving across Australia again. They’re on a race against time to make it to Sydney and on to the rescue boat.

But as they discovered on their first road trip, driving through an apocalyptic wasteland is not easy.

Will they make it to Sydney in time, and what dangers are waiting for them on the way?

New characters will be introduced, and one of these characters will be getting her own spin-off book!

It will tell her story of how she survived the zombie apocalypse, and I’m so excited to write about this Eva Wilde universe from a new character’s perspective!

So, that means there are actually TWO more books left in the Eva Wilde universe! YAY!

I’ll be writing both these books over the coming months, and hope to have them both finished by the end of the year. It’s likely that I’ll finish the spin-off first as it will be a novella.

So, to answer your question: I don’t know when I’ll be releasing the next book.

Hopefully by the end of this year. I need time to write it first, then once it’s finished I’ll start uploading it to Wattpad.

I’ll announce the release date once I’ve finished the book, so if you subscribe to this blog or follow me on Wattpad or Twitter, you’ll hear about it first.

I’ll be blogging as I write, so make sure you sign up to my newsletter here on my blog.

Do not send me messages, tweets or comments telling me to hurry up or update soon. Those messages only distract me from my writing and stress me the hell out – the messages that say ‘Sorry to be pushy, but hurry!’ or ‘I know you’re busy writing, but UPDATE!’ are just as distracting and only take time away from writing.

Please be patient.

I am so grateful that you’re all so excited about the next book and I LOVE reading all your enthusiastic comments and tweets! I adore my readers so much and love how passionate you are about Eva Wilde. I can’t wait to finish the next book and the spin-off and see your reactions to them!

That’s all the info so far on the next books, so now I’m going to get back to work and continue mourning the end of Breaking Bad.

Stay awesome!
